I live in Philadelphia, where the main Rolex jeweler is Govberg Jewelers, who are a) awfully snooty (Rolex or not, they really made me feel like a hobo when I went in to inquire about repairs); and b) very expensive. I have tried other jewelers in town who are not Rolex-certified, but have been disappointed with the quality of their work. So I'm delighted to have found the Watch Doctor.
Mark and his son did a great job cleaning and servicing my vintage Tudor watch. Their service was very fast - about 2-3 weeks total (near Christmas). They keep all original parts in watch as much as possible, preserving the watch's integrity and value for years. Communication and shipping was smooth. The price was excellent. I compared price and estimated time locally and nationally, and Mark's was by far the best on both counts. I highly recommend Mark and his son's watch repair services to anyone. I had my Rolex Oyster tuned up, and it was a pleasant and satisfying experience. Mr. Sirianni was very responsive and fielded all of the questions I had before sending the watch; he then dealt quickly with the overhaul and had the watch back to me in a jiffy. It's nice and clean, it keeps good time, and I can sleep well knowing it's been taken care of. And the price was very reasonable.
